Application & Registration

1. Applicants should fill out the online application form available on the Submit your application page. Following documents are required: cover letter, resume and research abstract in a single pdf document. The research abstract shoud contain at most 300 words. 

2. Applicants will be informed about the decision of the organizing comittee by email before April 6^th 2018. 

3. Selected applicants will receive an email notification containing all the required information for the registration. A link to the payment platform "Azur Colloque" will be provided. The registration will be effective after the confirmation of the payment.

Due to the limited number of possible participants we encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible.

Registration fee

The fees include board and lodging (breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks at the institute. Evening meals are not included) :

1 150€ for regular payments before April 30th and 1 450€ for late payments between May 01st and 11th (for the shortlisted applicants)
